    Qualifying in 1996 Ruth joined the team at The Physiotherapy Clinic in January 2007.

    Ruth also works in a NHS Community Musculoskeletal Service working closely with Orthopaedic Consultants in spinal and lower limb clinics as well as working in a multidisciplinary pain management programme. In 2013 Ruth gained a Masters Degree in Pain management.

    Voluntary work involves running recovery centres after the London Marathon, Triathlons and 10k for local charity The Willow Foundation.  Ruth is also involved in an advice and Top Tips session for Willow fundraisers with Gary Lewin (England football physio) and Jonathan O’Neil (ex team GB cycling sports masseuse).

    In 2012 Ruth worked at 3 Olympic test events and the athletes’ village for the rowing and canoeing and in 2014 was part of the medical team for Netball and Gymnastics during the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
